Hi, I have a camera that has been producing an immense amount of dead pixel columns and other sensor issues. Pics are attached. I've updated the drivers and also tried older drivers that were used when the camera produced normal images. Each image produces a slightly different and noticeable changes in noise. Let me know if it's dead, needs some computer tweaking, or a service from Bill. Is it actually still serviceable? Serial number 812051928. Image 1 is 1 sec, no cooling, no dark. Image 2 is the same to show the changes. Image 3 is at 10C. Image 4 is at 0C. Image 5 is at 0C with a dark applied. Image 5A is the same as 5 but screen stretched.
Please upload FITS images; it's hard to see what's going on with JPEGs. @Bill will want to have a look at this.
