Recently purchased ST-ic. When initially installed, had connection issues (see http://www.diffractionlimited.com/forum/index.php?threads/resolved-st-i-c-link-problem.1570/) that were resolved by switching to 6ft mini-USB.

Now camera connects but images are blank, and shutter is not operating. Firmware is claimed up-to-date and so are drivers according to SBIGDriverChecker64. Both CCDOps and MaximDL 6 connect to the camera and verify that link is established. Taking a focus results in flashing green light on camera, but no 'click' is heard.

Tried to take image with CCD shutter visible so I could see if shutter is operating. It does not open.

Turning camera upside down causes shutter to slide open. Taking an image this way results in same black image. The image doesn't even look like a dark frame: there is very little noise.

Have tried several mini-USB cables to no effect.
