About a month ago I had to send in my 20 year old Paramount ME for upgrades/repair. I got everything put back together just fine but now when I try to connect to the 16803 all I get is this message: Error opening camera dual chip mode: open device failed:34 Prior to sending mount back everything worked fine but now it will not connect. I have not changed anything in the software (MaxIm 6.20) and my 6303 camera works just fine. I was trying to connect through ethernet as I always do. Dale Mais
Never mind all, I discovered my router had an issue, once I recycled the power, everything worked ok, did not know routers can actually malfunction
