Today my ST8300c is not found on the USB bus. The mechanical shutter usually makes a clicking sound when I connect the USB cable. Now it is silent. Every once in a while it will appear on the USB bus but no software can connect to it. I have changed the USB cables, removed the old driver, installed the new SBIB64Driver checker and all is up to date. Now, the red LED does not illuminate and nothing appears on my hardware USB profile. Any thoughts?
