My STF 830o does not appear to be cooling down, as indicated by SGP.

Also please check that the fan is running normally.

The fan is running. Here are screenshots of what CCDOPS and SGP show about the same time.

What's the set point in CCDOps?

Are you using the original power supply that came with the camera?
If so, check that the split-pin in the centre of the power socket connector on the camera is making good contact with the power plug. Sometimes these connectors get bent in a bit, and they don't make good connection, so that when the camera wants full current, it's not getting it and there is a voltage drop. A jeweller's screwdriver with a tiny flat blade can separate the two leaves a bit.
If not, then try with the original power supply.

Its -20....looks like it could be a communication problem with SGP. An alternate power supply is being used. The cord on the original went....

Ok, well if the ambient is +20, it may be difficult for that camera to get to -20. Try a setpoint of -5C in CCDOps, and see how far it gets.

What are the specifications (voltage and current rating) on the "alternate" power supply and the wiring for it? It may not be sufficient.

We do sell replacement power supplies including the DC extension:
    https://diffractionlimited.com/product/camera-ac-power-supplies/

If the DC extension is the only bad part, then we also sell those:
    https://diffractionlimited.com/product/12vdc-extension-cable/

It looks like there may be an issue in SGP.
It would be good to fix your power issue first, then make sure everything is behaving in CCDOPs then move on to SGP.

The camera now is completely out...dead. The power supply is good. Any fuses to check? Please give me the contact for getting it repaired.
