Greatings, I have a Camera STF-8300M which has issues connecting but only via a USB virtual link. This virtual link is a Silex SX-DS-4000U2. I am using this USB virtual link for 18 months without any problem. But since last july, when i use this USB virtual link, I can no more connect the camera. The camera is recognized by Windows 7 but Maxim DL can not connect the camera. However if the camera is connected directly with the USB cable to the computer, everything works correctly. I did several tests: - 2 différents computers - 3 or 4 different network cables - 2 different USB cables - and 2 different devices Silex SX-DS-4000U2 And I have always the same problem. But I have no problem with my camera Lodestar X2 !! And I feel that I have this problem since the update drivers in July. Please could you help me ? Best regards Benoit
