STL-11000M Connection Error

I did a SBIG Driver Checker download and Update and now can not connect to the the camera (STL-11000M) though MaxIm DL 5 or 6.
The error message:
Error initializing camera or filter wheel
Error opening camera in dual chip mode
Could not initialize CCD Camera (1)
In setup SBIG Universal / Connect to shows a USB option in the drop-down. Before the option was shown as the camera model: STL-11000.
