STL 11K exposure problem

    Hello,

    An user of APT (www.astroplace.net) reported strange behavior using his STL 11K. Every second image fails with error "Shutter Failure" when method
    GrabMainAsync is called.

    CCDops and Nebulosity gave the same error. MaximDL works fine.

    I'm wondering what is the reason for this message and how to cure it? Thank you in advance!

    Yoddha,

    Call or email me tomorrow, 805 308-6979, bill@sbig.com, and I can try to help you fix the shutter errors. If we can't do it that way, it'll have to come in for alignment.
