STT8300C zero-only image

Now my STT8300C has strange problem, which only has zero-only image.
I update driver up to date.
I tried in Maxim DL and Ops, the results are the same. And even in my friends computer, there are same problems.
And I tried in auto bias level correction enbled or disabled, the result is same.

Was the camera working before the driver update?
If you can give some history it will help diagnose the problem.

Was it working and then just started giving zeros, or after an event like updating the drivers.

The camera doesn't work since it arrived.
So I update the driver, but it doesn't work.
