Hello, I was updating the firmware of my STT8300M when a "Not Responding" message appeared, hence interrupting the process. I do not know why this happened and I had to shut down the application to exit. After this occurred, I could not establish a link to the camera (used Maxim or CCDOps). Below is what I did and observed afterwards: The LED #1 is green The LED#2 is yellow (see picture attached) All other LEDs are off The camera appears in the Device Manager I removed and uninstalled completely the DriverChecker I reinstalled the Driver Checker using the link provided on the TechSupportForum I ran the "Update" and the "Currently Installed Drivers" are shown as attached It is not possible to establish a link with the camera and therefore to update the firmware Please tell me that there is another solution than shipping the camera back to you...
