STT8300M firmware update interrupted

    Hello,

    I was updating the firmware of my STT8300M when a "Not Responding" message appeared, hence interrupting the process. I do not know why this happened and I had to shut down the application to exit.
    After this occurred, I could not establish a link to the camera (used Maxim or CCDOps).

    Below is what I did and observed afterwards:

    The LED #1 is green
    The LED#2 is yellow (see picture attached)
    All other LEDs are off
    The camera appears in the Device Manager
    I removed and uninstalled completely the DriverChecker
    I reinstalled the Driver Checker using the link provided on the TechSupportForum
    I ran the "Update" and the "Currently Installed Drivers" are shown as attached

    It is not possible to establish a link with the camera and therefore to update the firmware

    Please tell me that there is another solution than shipping the camera back to you...

    The camera will have to come in to be restored. Send me an email, bill@sbig.com, and I'll give you the details on doing so.
