Hello I have a near new STT8300M camera that is not powering up. I had no issue at all until last night when I plugged in the power supply cord and... nothing happened. Here is what I've checked so far: I measured the power voltage at the connecting end of the power cord and it is 12.2V I've separated the two pins of the camera connector (an advice I received from the Yahoo! group) But the camera is still not powering up. Please let me know if you have any other suggestion: I'd really like to avoid shipping it to you... Thanks François
