Hello-- Using an SBIG STX-16803 on a Paramount MEII. On overnight sessions, the camera's cooling shuts off after a period of time, so the first set of images are at the properly cooled temp and the remainder are at ambient. There doesn't seem to be a correlation between the cooling shutting off and the mount flip. The mount will flip, and it's some time after that the cooling goes off. I suspect it's cable/pin related, but I'd appreciate any other possible ideas. Thanks! Steve
Almost certainly cabling related. Are you using the Paramount's through-the-mount wiring? It is not thick enough wire gauge. You should run our extension cable through the mount.
