I have the STX-16803 camera package with the fw7 filter wheel and the guider. I do not have the A/O device. They are in a remote observatory. All were working fine. When I finished imaging on Friday night I disconnected the camera in Maxim dl. I forgot to power off the camera. When I started again on Sunday night I realized the camera was still powered on. I connected in Maxim. The camera connected. The guider and camera work fine. But the filter wheel will not initialize. It gives an error message 6. We checked all the cables and powered off everything and then powered them back on. The filter wheel doesn't connect. It shows no movement when powered on. Do you think something burned out. Anything to try? Next steps?
    Thanks

I replied to you by email in response to your email; perhaps you didn't see that or we cross posted.
We'll need help from @Bill to resolve, and Bill will need your FW serial number and when/where you bought it, and then we'll go from there.
