Whist this is no longer made it is new since it was purchased awhile ago but only now installed for a client because his scope was delayed due to COVID. shutter appears stuck so dark subtraction not possible. Any fix? Martin
Check the cable first. Make sure it's plugged in properly. The shutter only moves when you select between light and dark frames. It doesn't move on every exposure. You should be able to hear it actuate.
