STX16803 AOX won't connect Maxim 6.13

So I got a new computer and it hooked right up. Worked for a day on tasting and the night I went to test under the sky I had to change a spacer so I did and when I connected it back up it couldn't find anything Exocet it thought it was a St402AO and now will only connect to guide camera. 16803 is no where to be found. I've run all the latest drivers and nothing. Firmware too. My partner Mike Miller who successfully ran an AOX with 16803 can't get it back up and running on a new system. Camera connects, guide star dead center and when you hit locate in the AOX box there is nothing there with a mag 2 star. We really need some help guys on this whole driver software thing. You guys have owned the company a while and a little real support would be nice.
