STXL-11002 cooling Issue

    My STXL-11002M have ploblem.
    Cooler power is 100% but Don't down temperature.
    What should I do?

    Is the fan running? Are you using the power brick that came with the camera?

    What is your camera serial number?

    Okay fan very fast.
    Also If I increase temp fan speed slow down. And decrease temp fan speed fast.
    When I was fix it this situation 2 years ago.
