STXL firmware missing file

    I am trying to upgrade my STXL firmware and seem to have a missing file, show in the attached image.

    I deleted and re-installed all the drivers, but this particular file is still missing.

    How can I download it and install it?

    Pretty sure no one has ever bought an STX-10100C camera. The problem isn't a missing file, it's that your camera's settings have somehow been corrupted.

    Is it possible for one of our staff to remote into your computer and reprogram the camera?

    Also, what is your camera's serial number?
