Unable to process upgrade error message

    I've been trying to renew my Maxim DL Pro license that expires soon. The serial number that I have as the most recent ends in WRQ8A-4X . It expires on 2024/09/06 . Please advise.

    Our back-end processor must have realized that Adam has gone on vacation. It promptly started acting up.

    I just restarted it. Please try again. If that doesn't work then Mercedes will have to handle it manually.

    I will need a second license for another system to be installed. Can two - or more - licenses be assigned to a single email address?

    Doug, I tried a second time and got the same error. How do I contact Mercedes or will she contact me?

    I just reverted to a different version of the software, to see if that sorts it. You can try again if you like.

    Otherwise, it's best if you email her. mpelayo at diffractionlimited dot com

    The different version worked and the license has been extended. Thanks.

    I expect that I'll have to contact Mercedes for the second license.
