Upgrade and licensing problem after computer failure

    Hi, my no profit amateur astronomer association manages an observatory in Italy, all the instrumentation, computer and software was buyed and installed by Astrotech/Officina Stellare some year ago. We have a maximdl Pro cd version.
    We had a computer failure and we want to reinstall everything on a new computer.
    we can not find any trace of the registration of the product, we had only the temporary license serial number on the manual.
    What we can do? We want also upgrade to maximdl 6.
    We have to buy a new license or we can buy a new subscription?
    I can have a private contact? I'm not find any email addres to contact Diffraction Limited.
