Hi Guys, I have a fully registered version of DL 5.14 but I am struggling locate my serial number to check for the DL6 upgrade price online. Can someone give me (even a ballpark figure) for the upgrade price from 5.14 to 6.0x. Just wondering if I'll save much versus paying the full price. Thanks Paul
If you open MaxIm DL, click the "Help" menu and select "About MaxIm DL", it will provide the first 5 characters in your serial number. From this we can locate your license in our database and resend it to you...just send me a private message. Otherwise, you can click the "Check for Updates" menu in MaxIm DL, and fill in the upgrade request form if it is an expired license. Then you will receive an automated email with prices. Prices are dependant on which MaxIm DL package you have, which I can not determine without your serial number, so it is easiest to just submit the upgrade request form.
Hi Tim, thanks for your response. I was going to include the first few digits on the About Maxim screen but thought an incomplete licence wasn't useful. Go figure! Off the top of my head it is xxxxx... Hope that helps Paul
