Resolved Validation Failed_Please Help

    Just received my Aluma CCD694 package. Tried to register and received email 'failed to validate'. I triple checked the serial number, used two purchase dates from invoice and packing slip. Would really like to use this camera this weekend.

    Looks like this has been sorted out - a license was issued on Friday.

    Thanks Doug, yes the validation was received a few hours after this was posted. You and the DL staff have provided me with good support, shipping support in the evenings and on Canada day!

    The delay was a hidden benefit to me however as I spent the time setting up the camera/filter wheel/OAG with my other program with the assistance of the excellent instructions posted by Colin. All work fine with TSX except I can't get the OAG/guide camera & TSX to guide my CEM60. That will take a lot more time I am afraid. All in all I am a happy customer.
