Resolved Version 6 upgrade not working

    I originally purchased MaximDL version 4, then upgraded to version 5 and in 2014 upgraded to version 6.
    My last upgrade was 1/31/2014. I have not upgraded since. I moved to a new WIndows10 computer and was able to load version 4, upgrade to version 5 with no issue. I then upgraded to version 6.11. I was able to load teh license file. MaximDL confirmed the license is good and closes. Every time I restart MaximDL it asks for teh license file, which I enter and MaximDL closes.

    Not sure how to proceed.

    You did not need to install the old V4 and V5. You can uninstall them.

    Try right-clicking on MaxIm DL and select Run As Administrator. Then enter your license. MaxIm DL will close, and then when you start it normally everything will work.
