Resolved Win10 STX equipment install?

Running Win10.

Tried to set up the following on a WIN11 Pro Laptop and it was a disaster.
So going back to a temporary Win10 desktop which I’ll have to haul up and down the ladder to the observatory. (Hopefully once each way)

I have an
STX16803 camera (USB)
STX CFW7 (plugged into the camera)
STX pick off guider (plugged into the camera)

I also have an STX AO unit but it is not mounted and not plugged into anything.
Just looking for a few details on setup and drivers necessary.

One specific question (right now) is the guide chip considered an internal or external remote on the setup screen?
