Latest Windows 10 Pro, lets me install driverChk64
But when I try to update the drivers it fails with an error about sbigu64.sys already in use.
How do I get around this?
    Thanks

Did you make sure to quit all astro software before doing the driver install? Reboot the PC? Seems weird.

You've got it open in an application. Close all applications. If that doesn't work (due to "zombie" application), reboot the computer and try again.

Yep that wasn't the issue, I had it open no where, and also rebooted and as soon as it came up I tired it with the same result.
But as they say there is more then one way to skin a cat. I noted all the file names and locations.
Pulled up my last Acronis backup and restored those files in windows/system32/drivers.
    Rebooted just in case.
Now it says all my drivers are current, if I try to update it says you already have the latest.

Weird. May have been a funky privileges issue.
