    Hi
I recently upgraded to Windows 10. When I turn off the computer I receive the following message: driver_irql_not_less_or_equal (dbgmsg.sys) and the computer restarts. It seems that this problem is related to a driver and I started updating the drivers. The SBIG driver update program did not work, however, returning the following message:

    Error
    Error Copying file "C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\DRIVERS\sbigfldr.sys"
    Access is denied.

I suspect this might be the cause of the Win 10 problem.

I would be grateful if somebody may help me with this problem.

Odd, you should be able to copy the file. Make sure no CCD application is running and unplug the camera. Then right-click on the SBIG Driver Checker program icon and select Run As Administrator, and try to update again.
