How do I get technical support?

To receive technical support for Cyanogen software products, it is a 2 step process . Once these 2 steps are done, you can access the Technical Support section on this forum at any time.

Note: If you had an account on the previous HelpDesk, these accounts have not been transferred here, so you will need to create a new account.

1) Create an Account

You must create an account on this forum. If you already have an account, you can log in using the following link, or use the log in link at the top of the page.



You will be sent a confirmation email with a link to confirm registration details.

Please note that you must click the link in your confirmation email before you can proceed to Step 2.

2) Customer Verification

You only need to submit this form if you require technical support for MaxIm DL, MaxPoint, or Quick Fringe. All hardware technical support is open to the public and verification is not required.

You must submit the "Technical Support Access Request Form". This form verifies that you have one or more of our Cyanogen software products, and you only need to be verified once to receive permanent access.



You must use your current license information. The system will reject your request if you use an old license that has been upgraded.

3) Posting on the Forums

Once you are registered for support, you will be able to post in the software support area:



For example, to get MaxIm DL support, go into the MaxIm DL subsection and then click the Post New Thread button at upper right.
