Transferring license and upgrading software

    I would like to upgrade my MaximDL software to version 6 from v. 4. I realize that this is no longer upgradable, and that only a $50 discount is offered, which is okay. My problem is that when I fill in the form to upgrade, the name and email address for my license are not mine. They are for the person who originally purchased the software, and she no longer works with us. I thought I had changed the license information to my own name and email about 18 months ago, but apparently not since I have not received any email as a result of submitting the forms.

    I would like to work this out so that the license gets put into my own contact information, and I get the software upgraded.

    Since your name is not in the database, and you didn't mention the company name, we have no way of finding your license. Please send me your serial number by private message (click on "Send a private message" under my picture at left).
