We're having a server problem that is making registering for Cyanogen tech support unreliable. If you need access to the section and don't get approved quickly, please post here and let me know. I'll check for you in the customer database and approve you manually. Sorry for the trouble. Doug
Turns out the new firewall that was installed in our office on Friday afternoon is blocking this function somehow. Figures this would happen just after we go live... I'm periodically logging in and handling it manually. Monday is a holiday here but we should be able to get it resolved on Tuesday.
I have manually upgraded you. Did you perhaps submit your old serial number? The form checks our database for your most current license only and not old updated licenses.
I have tried three times to try and register for the technical support but will not accept my details. I have copied and pasted the serial number directly out of maxim 6.0. I have also registered for the forum (user name otterman) but the forum says I do not have access to the software section. I also tried to re-register the software but think that it should be registered already as bought direct. I enter that I am outside of the US but it then says I have failed to enter a valid US postcode, have tried to enter UK post code in various formats but does not work. Is this a bug? You entered your Username from the forum on the submission form instead of entering the name that appears on your license with your serial number, so our system was not able to match it with our database. I have manually upgraded you so you should now have access. You only need to register your software once, which you successfully did in May.
