When connecting the power cord, there was clicking sound. But failed to connect to CCDops or SGPro. Checked the device manager in Windows 7, no SBIG device shown there. Changed USB cable, power cable, and computer, no luck. I was able to connect it to the computer two days ago. I saw it in SGPro. When I started to take an image, it suddenly disconnected and I could not connect it anymore. Does it indicate a hardware problem of the chip or main board?
Most likely the USB chipset is damaged or corrupted.
