Resolved Loss of images after cooling turned on.

    6 images over 30 minutes: 11.722. All images were blank (all zeroes).

    That was quick. Am wondering if there's some kind of mismatch going on.
    Do you have TeamViewer / AnyDesk / RDP on your machine - eg is it remote accessible over the internet in case we want to have a fast look?

    Do these install over the top of the existing code or do I need to uninstall anything?

    Install over top is fine. The installers are supposed to deal with all of that. Do MaxIm first, then the DLImaging.

    Colin,
    The camera has been returned. The packing slip says parts were replaced. Do you know if the problem was actually duplicated?

    Yes, we were able to duplicate the issue. The problem was a bad connection on the CCD socket, and has been corrected.
