    Hello

I need a help on the product set.

I did it hardware installation and install Maxim LT version as well, but Maxim LT cannot recognize

    this Aluma 8300 camera.

Where do I have to check and check to solving this?

    Thanks,

Did you install the DLImaging / DLConfig program before installing MaxIm LT ?
Are you using the USB interface or WiFi ?
Have you checked if the firmware is current?

Can you tell us when / where you bought it, and the serial numbers please?

Hello Colin Thank you for your reply.

Yes I use USB interface with my laptop PC.

The software was from USB inside when I got the deliveries, CCD, filter wheel, and AO8.

Only the MaximLT license was from the email.

    CCD : AL8300M - 19021101
    FilterWheel : FW8191001
    AO8 : AOA190602

I don't estimate where the problems, hardware installation or just software??

Actually CCD Filter wheel I guess these are working by the sound but MaximLT cannot recognize this CCD.

    Thanks,

    JUSU JANG

Does the camera show up in the DL Config program?
    Something like this:

In MaxIm, have you selected DL Imaging for the camera?

Is the camera plugged in and turned on?
Is it connected with the USB cable?
Does an SBIG Camera (possibly SBIG Camera A and B) show up in the Device Manager?
It appears that the drivers for the camera are not installed.
    Please review the manual.

Are you connected to the Internet, so that Windows Update can download and install the USB drivers?

Can you please confirm you do not have "SBIG Camera A", and "SBIG Camera B" listed in your device manager like below image? These should be installed automatically by Windows when the camera is detected. If you do not see these drivers, please try a different USB cable, or a different cable on the back of your PC.

The camera is not being detected by Windows. If you have already tried a different USB port, I would next recommend trying a different PC. If it does not work on a 2nd PC as well, the camera is likely the issue and will have to come in for service.

It seems that Windows has not recognized the camera.
    Is there any Unknown Device?

    Hello Colin

2nd PC also same, no detection.

I think I should send this system to there for service.

    Where to I can send?

    Address and etc....

Only camera Or full systems( FW + AO + Cables...)?

    Thanks,

    JUSU JANG

Please submit the form in the following link with your contact details, and will will issue you an RMA number and provide return instructions.

If you want us to retest everything, send everything back. Though the issue appears to be only the camera, so the power supply, USB cable and camera should be fine.
