I do think my AO is not functioning correctly. Every time I calibrate I get a different set of results, suggesting it is sticking.

are you able to calculate what the approximate calibration vector values should be if the focal length is known?

Yes, sounds like it is sticking.
Great question. Not easy to answer.
I'm going to think about that - focal length, arcseconds per pixel, pixel size, and distances are likely ingredients.

My foggy recollection is full deflection on the order of perhaps +/- 10 to 20pixels off center in both axes for a 9um pixel.
In other words, deflection +X / -X should be almost identical (call it a distance of "DX"), and +Y / -Y should be almost identical ("DY"), and DX and DY are close to the same.

Here is an example of what I am seeing:
Image 6377 is prior to exercising the AO, and Image 6378 taken immediately after.
As you can see Pos 1 and 2 differ in X.

what you would recommend that I apply to the moving parts inside the AOX? Perhaps a little bit of silicon applied with a q-tip or some other type of lubricant?

Do not lubricate anything in the AO-X. The bearings are permanently lubricated and nothing else should be in contact during operation.

ok....if it is sticking, how do I resolve that?

I'd first pull it off the telescope and visually observe the optic while exercising, to see if it is behaving properly. If not then it will have to come in for service.
