Hello, I am trying to update my MaximDL Pro subscription that expired on 11-6-2016. I enter my email and sn and receive the discount approved screen. I then verify my email and the subscription and click submit. I then receive an ERR message: Waiting for Approval - An Error Occurred I then receive an email: An Error Occurred Invalid Product hash supplied. We suggest trying the following: Ensure the serial number you used to apply was correct, and has not been used for an upgrade/subscription renewal before. If it has, please use your new license details and apply again. Ensure the information you entered in the Software Discount Application form was correct, and try again. If both of the above fail, contact us at . Help! I copied the sn directly from both the Help/About and the subscription email. Thanks, Michael
FYI: I believe we've found and corrected the issue on our test environment. We have a few other changes we'd like to test more thoroughly before deploying, but getting them up and running is an extremely high priority. We'll let you know as soon as they're live.
