Some kind of problem happened while we were updating EEPROM firmware with SBIGdriverchecker64 and now can't connect to it.

I 'm afraid a problem while firmware loaded that corrupted it and we need to reprograming the USB or the main EEPROM memory with a new one.

I suppose i have to send you the camera. Could you tell me the way to fix it?.

    Regards,
    Nicolas

When you plug the camera in and power it on, does it show up in the Windows "Device Manager"?

What does the Device Manager say the name of the camera is?

On the "Firmware" tab of the SBIGDriverChecker64 software, does it display version numbers for all 4 firmware files, and that all are current?

I can't connect it, when try to connect with SBIGDriverChecker64 clicking on Firmware-Get Firmware Version from camera, the software shows the error: "Could not establish a link to the camera".

It does sound as though the firmware is bricked. You should contact Bill Lynch and arrange to send it in for service.
