I am reinstalling Maxim on a customer's computer after a hard drive failure but it doesn't seem to want to allow the use of the information from the original license email. What is required to fix this?
I am a Maxim Pro v5 user. The 2009 laptop that I was using is no longer available. The Maxim who was here was also unable to use it. What should I do? Currently, I am downloading and using the Maxim Pro 6 demo version on my new laptop. The demo version has 22 days of license left.
You can install and run V5 in Windows 10, but an extra step is required. When you go to enter the license, you have to right-click and select Run As Administrator. This is necessary because Microsoft changed registry security functions.
Our Observatory system died and we have lost our access to license too. What should we do to recover Maxim DL? I can provide the email it was registered on. Seeking help.
