AC2020bsi boots up producing invalid images with weird histograms

Well, this camera (purchased Nov '22) has already been in to your shop for about 5 months for repairs. 7+ weeks because the fan stopped coming on, just a few months after I received it, and then 3 months for this problem, for which I think you were going to replace the main circuit board (?). Plus it has gone through a couple of updates to the driver, and one to the onboard firmware.

At this point, I think the right thing for you to do is to simply replace the camera. Assuming other copies of this camera do not have this problem, this one is a lemon!
