    Dear group,

    I upgraded the Aluma 694 firmware as recommended (Rev. 14).
    But, the filter wheel does not respond after updating.

    Two complementary information:

    Before, the sound of the coolers was audible. Now, without any noise.

    At 20 degrees, the power of the cooler fell from 70% to 13%.

    Have you unplugged the camera from the power source and tried again?

    Paolo, typically Adam would use TeamViewer. You run TeamView, and it provides connection information.
