   Good morning! Please let me know if you want to do a remote session. Otherwise I will try to install my old camera again using remote assistance so that at least I can use my setup.

   Yes, let's schedule a remote session. We'll need to use TeamViewer - you'll need to install that if you haven't done so already.
   Send me a Private Message with the ID and password.
   I suspect it is going to need to come in for repair, however I figure we should have a look first.
