Yes we can, One snag might be Team Viewer. I used to have it, and I was showing a buddy of mine ( from his house ) how I could run my scope remotely. After a few times of doing that, Team viewer said I need to buy their license. So I uninstalled Team Viewer. I'm now using RDT & VNC. If there is a way can interface, I'm all for it. I'll see if I can install Team Viewer on that (new) computer without having to buy their license.

I do have the two cameras configured like you show.

Since you trimmed info out of the Event viewer stuff, can you confirm that all of them have:
Faulting module name: unknown, version: 0.0.0.0, time stamp: 0x00000000

Is VNC or RDT from my end possible?
Usually the machine isn't on the internet, so I can't RDT.

There are three w/o Faulting module name: unknown, version: 0.0.0.0, time stamp: 0x00000000 the ones with the times of 7:28:25 ; 7:35:45 ; 7:37:15.

I downloaded Team Viewer & did the 14 day trail business option. So we should be able to do Team Viewer. The Computer has Web access.

Do you need access to Star light to see it operate in real life, or do you just need to look at settings and/ or configuration.

We could start with a daylight test - so I can check everything over.
I am unavailable this afternoon/evening, but we could try tomorrow at your convenience, I'm on EST. (UTC-5).

Tomorrow is fine. Say roughly 9:00 your time? I'll PM you my phone number. I'll be in my observatory by 9:00 ( or what ever time works for you).

Ok, so for anybody else reading this thread - there's a bunch of unrelated issues that probably don't apply to you.

Carl had done a Windows update, which reset the Windows Power Management.
The fix for that was Step 4.
    https://forum.diffractionlimited.co...connects-turn-off-usb-selective-suspend.7848/

Further, there were additional Windows Updates needed that Carl is going to install, and then reboot, recheck Windows Update, and then do that Step 4 advice again in case it gets reset again.

The weird thing with MaxIm quitting was related to an Apogee plugin, that has a dependency on a Microsoft Visual C++ runtime that was not installed on the machine. I installed that and it solved that problem.

There is further work needed by our software team related to providing a follow-up to the Beta 2.0 test drivers.
