   Contact your bank. The credit card processor reported "558 Decline", which means your bank declined the card. Some banks have tight restrictions on international credit card transactions.

   The credit card company has not received a request for a charge; they did not decline the charge.
   
   I'm still stumped. Again, I suspect there may be a typo in the information I entered, but I see no way to go forward.
