Hello, In one of computers here at the organization, has the software MaximDL 5.23 installed. The people that work with this software noticed that they could upgrade it to version 6.11. When I went there to update it, I was not able to. I followed the instructions on the official web page and nothing. I still have the serial number and others information, however when I copy paste them to a txt file, I still can not get it to work. I looked around here a little bit, could not find another thread with the same problem. Does anyone have an idea how I could upgrade it?
When we released Version 6, all V5 users with valid upgrades received an email with a Version 6 license. You'll need that in order to run V6.
I think the email would have come from websales@cyanogen.com Search for that email address from your email
Thank you for your replay. I will try those, also, how can I proceed to change the e-mail information which was used to register the software?
