    Adam, I received the licence this time, no issues. I went to upgrade my subscription, I added my serial number and all I get is a message saying that an error occurred, information provided was corrupted. I made sure the serial number was correct.

    Upgrade how? Like to enter it in MaxIm DL, or upgrade it to MaxIm DL Pro/Pro Suite on the web store?
