Resolved No LT license sent after completing request form

    Hi, I have the same problem getting the license. I bought an ALUMA 8300 package, installed the software from the USB stick that came with the camera, filled the request form, but haven't receive any response yet.
    Where can I get support for this?

    Apparently the serial number you provided was not found in our database.

    Can you confirm your camera's serial number?
