Hello, I bought Maxim DL Pro on April 27, my account was charged the same day. I've received no confirmation, no disc with the program, no e-mail with registration key or serial number. Without serial number, no tech support is available. There's no e-mail address to contact the seller. What happens now? When will I get my program? Please help!
It took a bit but I found the transaction, on April 24 not 27. For some reason the transaction was processed but lost by the shopping cart, so our systems did not receive the notification. We'll have to handle that manually. We'll get you your license shortly.

Does a CD get sent with the purchase? I just purchased DL Pro Version 6 and downloaded the program. Would like to get a hard copy on disk. Computers die on occasion.
We only ship digitally these days, except that it is possible to order a CD-ROM via http://www.cyanogen.com/buy_subscription.php Or you can just burn your own.
I originally downloaded the demo version (runs out in a few days) but have since purchased the program and have my license for that.. How do I download a version to burn to CD? I thought the only part downloaded was an installer...not the whole program.
