    Colin,
    Looks like I experienced the Shutter error again. I was in the process of taking 10-minute subs. The first one exposed perfectly. The second looks like the shutter was in the FOV. (See attached photo)

    I've been trying to get in contact with Bill but he has yet to respond.

    Yes, that looks like the shutter has a problem. @Bill will be in touch - he's part-time on the repairs, so it may be a day or so.

    Thanks for getting back to me. I was able to replicate the issue using different imaging applications. I tried contacting Bill two days ago but I will send him an email shortly.
