SBIG ST-7XE ABG or NABG model?

    Hi all !
    my name is Paolo from Italy. I bought second hand a SBIG ST-7XE but i don't know what model is ABG or NABG.
    I know that SBIG sold the model in two variants ABG and NABG.
    Can i go back to the kind of what model is (ABG or NABG) only by the serial number ?
    Or there is another way ?

    Yes, send me an email, bill@sbig.com, with the serial number Paolo and I'll look it up for you. There was a time when an A was at the end of the model number on the label, for example, ST-7XEA. Chances are it's NABG as there were a lot more of them produced.

    The serial number is: 01032780XEA.

    XEA would indicate an ABG ccd.
