I have an ST-10XME which I had successfully used during the warmer months with water cooling for several years. I quit using water but now decided that I needed it with so many warmer nights than in the past. The problem is that although water is in the tube up to the camera water fitting, nothing is coming out of the exit fitting even without a tube connected. If I reverse the in and out, still no water out. I even tried blowing air through it with no success. What is causing this and will it need to come back for repair?

Most likely the pipes have become clogged with biological material.

George, how long is it usually before Bill responds to an email. Is he possibly on vacation

Doug, I have not heard from Bill since I sent my email to him yesterday morning. How soon does he normally reply? Is he perhaps on vacation? I was hoping to get this cooling problem resolved as quick as possible.

    Larry,

Bottom line, the answer to your question is yes. It will need to come in for service. Send me the email for details.
