My ST-2000XM camera no longer connects to CCDSoft v5. I downloaded the current drivers and made sure the camera was seen in device manager with no conflicts. It works well with CCDops v5, but not CCDSoft v5. I tried re-loading the CCDSoft program and nothing. Any help would be appreciated. Bob Rosenstein
Since the camera work properly in CCDOPS, there is nothing wrong with the camera or drivers. CCDSoft is a Software Bisque product. I recommend you contact them for technical support on CCDSoft.
I did that. They suggested that the problem was in the camera. I just ordered a new USB cable from SBIG (Bill Lynch) and it was suggested that I post this issue here. Not sure what to do next!
