I have a SBIG ST i c that has for the last few months worked flawlessly s a guider camera. Two nights ago, I hooked up the cable to a Windows 10 Computer, the one I always used and found the camera would not connect. It is recognized by the device manager as an unknown device but, SBIG drivers will not load to allow full function. The drivers had not been updated since the last use. I did try updating them and the driver checker said I had all current drivers already. Any help would be appreciated. John
First try it on a different computer, just in case something is really whacked up with your machine. Failing that, it may have to go in for service. Contact bill@sbig.com
