It was working fine as a guider however after an hour of guiding the PHD guiding screen went white on it's own. After that all exposures are coming out as black without any picture. The green LED at the back of the camera is on and blinks when exposures are taken. However the mechanical shutter doesn't operate at all while connecting or taking darks. The camera connects to PHD or CCDops without any problem but as I said there are no images only black screen in PHD or CCD ops. The Sl No is 511392. The camera is slightly warm to touch when it remains connected to the computer USB. Is there is fuse in the circuit which can be checked ? Or is there anything I can do to check?
The only troubleshooting suggestion I can make is try a different computer, and cables, as well as remove USB hub if one is being used. If the problem persists, you should contact Bill Lynch.
